2020 Battle of the Bands

Just in case you missed it..Mississippi State University in conjunction with Music Maker Productions hosted the annual Battle of the Bands Friday, Sept. 25.

The event took place in Lee Hall/Bettersworth Auditorium and consisted of roughly four musical acts. The acts consisted of the following bands: Celery Teeth, Catfish Caviar, and Beat House L!VE, and singer/rapper, Millennial.

For the first time in history, judges made the split decision of a tie between first place winners Millennial Beat House L!VE. The two musical acts split a cash prize and the honorable title of 2020 Battle of the Bands first place winners

Though the coronavirus pandemic has truly altered events throughout the course of the Fall 2020 semester, MMP administered a smooth, safe, enjoyable environment for participants as well as audience members.
